Returns

• Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

• Items purchased during special sales, clearance events, or promotional campaigns may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

• Customers may request a different size or color within the return period.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection.

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item.
